Mayor, Doctor RAMIREZ VICTOR HUGO Ortegón, the April 3, 1987, at the historic
site where he inspired the September 10, 1914, with the composition of unfading
beauty in the Bunde CASTILLA BUENAVENTURA teacher. This sculpture was sculpted
in bronze by Francisco Suarez CARDONA. At the opening ceremony Mr Army General
RIAÑO CAMILO JOSÉ CASTRO, asked sculpture symbolizing said apt phrase "It
is the spirit of the music made woman”
